Our winning portfolio is the number One smart home line up and brand in Turkey and a big part of the MiddleEast. Designed in Turkey, produced in China and Turkey we are known for high-quality smart living devices with a special touch for consumers who cherish design, comfort and quality. Since2007, we have been on a journey in smart living solutions, starting with intercom and wired automation products. From 2017 onwards, we have proudly continued this journey by developing the most innovative technologies at our R&D office in Kocaeli Bilişim Vadisi, paying meticulous attention to every detail, and producing these technologies in our own facilities.

Yes, XENON SMART hardware meets all legal requirements for consumer electronics in Europe. Our own XENON SMART app is free to use and developed by us in collaboration with our cloud and app partner, TUYA. The TUYA platform is renowned worldwide and fully complies with GDPR regulations in Europe, making the XENON SMART app completely safe for you.

Does XENON SMART offer user warranty on its products?

Yes, XENON SMART offers users a 2-year warranty on all hardware. Warranty claims are handled through your XENON SMART dealer.
